What services do you offer?
We are a full service IT company. This includes cyber security, IT support, and networking.
Do you offer a warranty with your services?
Our highest tier plan comes with a $1 million cyber warranty underwritten by our partner Sophos. Our services also come with a 1 month guarantee or you can cancel the contract.
How long are your contracts?
We offer three types of contracts, month-to-month, 1 year and 3 year contract.
What is your meeting cancellation policy?
We require a 1 hour notice for any meeting cancellations.
How do you handle transitions from an old IT company?
For transitions, we start with very open communication between ourselves and your other IT provider. Most will send us a runbook containing their current documentation of your IT infrastructure. After their contract has ended, we ensure that passwords are rotated, accounts are audited, and old remote access methods are removed. This provides us a clean slate for your business without slowing you down. Our goal is that the transition is like passing a baton in a race, keeping a fast pace to secure and support your business.
